Shawnda Keltner

Shawnda is the Manager at Mid-Southern Savings Bank.

She is a graduate of the 2023 AWC class.

AWC is a very community driven organization that strives to give back to Washington County.

Shawnda serves on the board to give back to an organization that helped her grow so much as a servant leader. It is a wonderful way to give back to our community.
